Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and our services. The selected candidate will oversee client accounts, address their financial concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The position requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of accounting practices, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop strong, long-lasting client connections to ensure satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
2. Coordinate Service Delivery
- Work with internal teams to deliver services efficiently.
- Ensure client needs and objectives are consistently met.
3. Drive Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for expanding services within client accounts.
- Suggest relevant services, such as cross-selling and up-selling.
4. Handle Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular account status updates for clients and management.
- Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights.
5. Manage Contract Negotiations
- Negotiate contracts to align with company and client goals.
- Ensure agreements meet both profitability and client satisfaction standards.
Required Qualifications
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-focused role.
- A background in accounting or financial services is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and accounting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
