We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and building lasting relationships with startups and established businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients for business setup, compliance, and financial services.
- Actively reach out to startups, entrepreneurs, and established businesses to promote our services.
- Market Research:
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify industry trends and client needs.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and competitor activities.
- Networking & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting services such as GST registration, company incorporation, payroll outsourcing, and trademark filings.
- Provide consultative sales by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing structures for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments (legal, compliance, and accounting teams) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and engage clients effectively.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across various industries.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in compliance, legal, or financial services is a plus).
- Knowledge: Understanding of business setup processes, compliance requirements, and taxation systems in India is an advantage.
