Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and building lasting relationships with startups and established businesses. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth in the business setup and compliance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients for business setup, compliance, and financial services.
    • Actively reach out to startups, entrepreneurs, and established businesses to promote our services.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify industry trends and client needs.
    • Stay updated with regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and competitor activities.
  3. Networking & Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Attend networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to increase visibility and generate leads.
  4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting services such as GST registration, company incorporation, payroll outsourcing, and trademark filings.
    • Provide consultative sales by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  5. Proposal Development:
    • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing structures for prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal departments (legal, compliance, and accounting teams) to ensure client requirements are met.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and brand-building activities.
  7. Customer Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and ensure excellent customer service.
    • Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and engage clients effectively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across various industries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in compliance, legal, or financial services is a plus).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of business setup processes, compliance requirements, and taxation systems in India is an advantage.
