Role Overview

As a Legal Advisor, you will provide expert legal guidance and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on company formation, intellectual property rights, and corporate compliance. Moreover, you will be responsible for drafting legal strategies that help businesses navigate legal complexities while ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Consultation and Strategy
   • Offer expert legal advice on company formation, intellectual property rights, and compliance.
   • Develop actionable strategies to mitigate risks and ensure corporate governance.
2. Contract Management
   • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
   • Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Intellectual Property Support
   • Conduct detailed trademark searches to evaluate risks and availability.
   • Handle trademark registration, renewals, and opposition cases effectively.
4. Corporate Compliance
   • Guide clients on compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
   • Assist with legal filings and disclosures under Indian corporate laws.
5. Dispute Resolution
   • Represent clients in legal disputes, mediations, and arbitrations when necessary.
   • Negotiate settlements to resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently.
6. Research and Analysis
   • Stay informed about recent legal developments and case law updates.
   • Prepare detailed reports based on thorough legal research.
7. Client Training and Communication
   • Educate clients and team members on legal compliance and intellectual property.
   • Regularly update clients on case progress to maintain transparency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background:
  LLB or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  A minimum of 3-5 years in legal advisory services, preferably in corporate or intellectual property law.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Indian corporate and intellectual property laws.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
